    Sub­scrip­tions and main­te­nance fees are due for pay­ment in advance

     

    Special conditions

    For sub­scrip­tions to WMC solu­tions and for main­te­nance con­tracts that are payable in advance, the fol­low­ing spe­cial con­di­tions can be select­ed on request. Please note that changes to the main expiry date are only pos­si­ble up to 60 days before the next due date.

    Default of payment

    From 1 Jan­u­ary 2016, uni­form cost shares will be charged for late pay­ments. These can be avoid­ed by using the above-men­tioned instal­ment pay­ment options or by mak­ing an indi­vid­ual agree­ment when plac­ing the order.

    In the event of non-pay­ment of sub­scrip­tion invoic­es, the instal­la­tion may be deac­ti­vat­ed fol­low­ing noti­fi­ca­tion and the set­ting of a rea­son­able grace period.
