Your tasks

As an organ­i­sa­tion­al tal­ent, you are the first point of con­tact for our cus­tomers and their con­cerns. You form the inter­face to tech­ni­cal sup­port and take care of the admin­is­tra­tive work that aris­es. As a key mem­ber of the team, you will take on defined cus­tomer ser­vice tasks. There are always sit­u­a­tions where your cre­ativ­i­ty and good ideas are use­ful. These tasks require:

  • Friend­ly and com­pe­tent demeanour 
  • Com­mer­cial train­ing, ide­al­ly in the insur­ance sector
  • Enjoy­ment of and inter­est in mod­ern IT solu­tions that make work easier
  • Good com­mu­ni­ca­tion and coor­di­na­tion skills 
  • Inde­pen­dent and respon­si­ble way of working 
  • Com­mit­ment, flex­i­bil­i­ty and team spirit 
  • Good lan­guage skills in French and/or Ital­ian desirable.

Your tasks

After a thor­ough intro­duc­tion, you will take over the data extrac­tion from our cus­tomers’ data­bas­es, as well as the pro­cure­ment of data from exter­nal sources and cre­ate analy­ses, reports, dash­boards and cock­pits with TIBCO Jasper­soft. These pro­vide our cus­tomers with impor­tant infor­ma­tion for man­age­ment, account­ing, plan­ning and con­trol­ling. These tasks require

Your tasks
