Your tasks at WMC

As an enthu­si­as­tic team play­er, you are the first point of con­tact for any­one who has ques­tions, con­cerns or sug­ges­tions about our bro­ker and insur­ance solu­tions. The future of the dig­i­tal world is part of your mind­set and you help to turn it into real­i­ty. In addi­tion to dai­ly tele­phone con­tact with cus­tomers, part­ners and inter­est­ed par­ties, you will also be involved in webi­na­rs or on site. These tasks require

  • Cus­tomer-ori­ent­ed and com­pe­tent behaviour
  • open, com­mu­nica­tive personality
  • Com­mer­cial train­ing in the broker/insurance sector
  • Enjoy­ment of and inter­est in mod­ern dig­i­tal applications 
  • Inde­pen­dent and reli­able way of working 
  • Com­mit­ment, flex­i­bil­i­ty and team spirit 
  • Ger­man styl­is­ti­cal­ly con­fi­dent, good knowl­edge of English, 
  • French and/or Ital­ian is a real plus
  • Ide­al age 20 — 35 years
Your profile

You are at the inter­face between our cus­tomers and our team. You will sup­port the users of our soft­ware in an atten­tive and advi­so­ry capac­i­ty. You explain func­tions, iden­ti­fy needs, look for solu­tions, coor­di­nate with­in the team and doc­u­ment all activ­i­ties. This makes you an impor­tant con­trol cen­tre. Because you feel the pulse of the mar­ket on a dai­ly basis and, on the oth­er hand, take our inno­v­a­tive ideas out to our busi­ness part­ners. There is plen­ty of room for com­mit­ment and your own ideas. You find the right bal­ance between your work objec­tives and the needs of your team col­leagues. This enables you to bring even the more dif­fi­cult tasks to a suc­cess­ful con­clu­sion. Do you enjoy IT tasks and inter­act­ing with peo­ple?
