D\u2019une part, les grandes entre\u00adpris\u00ades de courtage rach\u00e8\u00adtent les plus petites. Cela r\u00e9duit les pos\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adit\u00e9s des petits et moyens courtiers sur le march\u00e9. La pres\u00adsion sur eux aug\u00admente. D\u2019autre part, la num\u00e9ri\u00adsa\u00adtion a un impact sur les offres et les voies d\u2019ac\u00adc\u00e8s aux clients pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adnels et priv\u00e9s. Qu\u2019est-ce que cela sig\u00adni\u00adfie pour l\u2019avenir des petits groupes. La num\u00e9ri\u00adsa\u00adtion peut repr\u00e9sen\u00adter un con\u00adflit d\u2019ob\u00adjec\u00adtifs \u2014 car elle mod\u00adi\u00adfie \u00e9gale\u00adment les besoins des clients et la mani\u00e8re dont ils s\u2019in\u00adfor\u00adment sur les offres. L\u2019u\u00adtil\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion de moyens d\u2019ac\u00adc\u00e8s num\u00e9riques pour\u00adrait par exem\u00adple entra\u00een\u00ader le risque d\u2019une diminu\u00adtion du con\u00adtact per\u00adson\u00adnel avec les clients. Ils s\u2019in\u00adfor\u00adment d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus inten\u00adsive\u00adment sur Inter\u00adnet et les m\u00e9dias soci\u00adaux qu\u2019il y a quelques ann\u00e9es.<\/p><p><strong>2. Ser\u00advices de base d\u2019un courtier en assurances<\/strong><\/p><p>Les ser\u00advices de base d\u2019un courtier en assur\u00adances peu\u00advent se situer dans les domaines du con\u00adseil, de l\u2019ad\u00admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion et du sup\u00adport, de la ges\u00adtion des risques et des com\u00adpara\u00adisons. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces ser\u00advices de base, le courtier en assur\u00adances cr\u00e9e une valeur ajout\u00e9e con\u00adcr\u00e8te pour les pre\u00adneurs d\u2019as\u00adsur\u00adance. Il s\u2019ag\u00adit d\u2019une sim\u00adpli\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion des ser\u00advices et des t\u00e2ch\u00ades, comme l\u2019a mon\u00adtr\u00e9 le tra\u00advail de recherche sur la mesure de la valeur du client.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Con\u00adseil<em>: <\/em><\/strong><em>Analy\u00adses de cou\u00adver\u00adture et con\u00adcepts, recom\u00adman\u00adda\u00adtions en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9cu\u00adrit\u00e9<\/em>.<\/li><li><strong>Admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion &amp; sup\u00adport:&nbsp;<\/strong> <em>Claims-Man\u00adage\u00adment,&nbsp; r\u00e9ponse aux deman\u00addes et partage d\u2019in\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtions<\/em>.<\/li><li><strong>Ges\u00adtion des risques:<\/strong> <em>Iden\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion et \u00e9val\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion des risques<\/em>.<\/li><li><strong>Com\u00adpara\u00adisons:&nbsp;<\/strong> <em>Com\u00adpar\u00ader les prix et les presta\u00adtions, pr\u00e9sen\u00adter les vari\u00adantes de couverture.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3. Cr\u00e9a\u00adtion de valeur num\u00e9rique pour le client<\/strong><\/p><p>Les \u00e9tudes mon\u00adtrent que : Il existe ce que l\u2019on appelle un \u00e9cart de disponi\u00adbil\u00adit\u00e9 chez les clients pour obtenir des offres num\u00e9riques. Cela sig\u00adni\u00adfie que les ser\u00advices qui peu\u00advent \u00eatre util\u00adis\u00e9s sans grand effort sous forme num\u00e9rique g\u00e9n\u00e8rent une valeur client \u00e9gale ou sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle d\u2019un dia\u00adlogue analogique. Cet \u00e9cart est plus ou moins pronon\u00adc\u00e9 selon qu\u2019il s\u2019ag\u00adit de clients priv\u00e9s ou d\u2019entreprises.<\/p><p>La dis\u00adpo\u00adsi\u00adtion \u00e0 la num\u00e9ri\u00adsa\u00adtion existe aus\u00adsi bien chez les clients priv\u00e9s que chez les entre\u00adpris\u00ades. Les clients priv\u00e9s sont toute\u00adfois plus enclins \u00e0 obtenir des ser\u00advices par le biais de chats, d\u2019ap\u00adpli\u00adca\u00adtions et de plate\u00adformes web que les entre\u00adpris\u00ades. Ces derniers sont moins dis\u00adpos\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre con\u00adseil\u00adl\u00e9s via des moyens d\u2019ac\u00adc\u00e8s num\u00e9riques, car les offres des\u00adtin\u00e9es aux entre\u00adpris\u00ades sont com\u00adplex\u00ades et n\u00e9ces\u00adsi\u00adtent beau\u00adcoup de con\u00adseils. La rela\u00adtion directe avec le client pen\u00addant le con\u00adseil reste donc tr\u00e8s importante.<\/p><p>Chez les clients priv\u00e9s, il y a g\u00e9n\u00e9rale\u00adment un sain m\u00e9lange des \u00e2ges : les per\u00adson\u00adnes plus \u00e2g\u00e9es sont moins enclines \u00e0 se num\u00e9ris\u00ader. Celui qui est act\u00adif dans le seg\u00adment de la clien\u00adt\u00e8le priv\u00e9e ne doit donc pas crain\u00addre que ses clients soient exclu\u00adsive\u00adment des util\u00adisa\u00adteurs ultra-com\u00adp\u00e9\u00adtents en mati\u00e8re de num\u00e9rique.<\/p><p>Dans le domaine de <strong>l\u2019ad\u00admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion et de l\u2019as\u00adsis\u00adtance <\/strong>les clients priv\u00e9s sont \u00e9gale\u00adment plus enclins \u00e0 obtenir le ser\u00advice via des voies d\u2019ac\u00adc\u00e8s num\u00e9riques. La dif\u00adfu\u00adsion d\u2019in\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtions via une plate-forme num\u00e9rique est avan\u00adtageuse, car les pre\u00adneurs d\u2019as\u00adsur\u00adance peu\u00advent gag\u00adn\u00ader du temps. Cela cor\u00adre\u00adspond \u00e0 une valeur ajout\u00e9e \u2014 tout comme l\u2019\u00e9tab\u00adlisse\u00adment <strong>com\u00adpara\u00adisons. <\/strong>Cela peut par exem\u00adple se faire rapi\u00adde\u00adment et effi\u00adcace\u00adment via un out\u00adil num\u00e9rique comme Sobra\u00addo en com\u00adbi\u00adnai\u00adson avec un logi\u00adciel de courtage appro\u00adpri\u00e9. Pour les d\u00e9c\u00adla\u00adra\u00adtions de masse salar\u00adi\u00adale et les muta\u00adtions stan\u00addard\u00adis\u00ad\u00e9es, l\u2019u\u00adtil\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion de canaux d\u2019ac\u00adc\u00e8s num\u00e9riques s\u2019est toute\u00adfois av\u00e9r\u00e9e judi\u00adcieuse pour les entre\u00adpris\u00ades clientes, car elle per\u00admet d\u2019\u00e9\u00adconomiser du temps et de l\u2019argent.<\/p><p><strong>Con\u00adseil <\/strong>reste un domaine o\u00f9 la num\u00e9ri\u00adsa\u00adtion est peu per\u00adti\u00adnente. Les \u00e9tudes ont mon\u00adtr\u00e9, d\u2019une part, que la fid\u00e9li\u00adsa\u00adtion de la clien\u00adt\u00e8le est tr\u00e8s impor\u00adtante et qu\u2019elle a une valeur sig\u00adni\u00adfica\u00adtive d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part : Cela sig\u00adni\u00adfie qu\u2019elle ne se d\u00e9veloppe <strong>pas avec le temps <\/strong>mais qu\u2019elle est per\u00adti\u00adnente d\u00e8s le pre\u00admier entre\u00adtien avec le client. L\u2019en\u00adtre\u00adtien direct reste extr\u00eame\u00adment impor\u00adtant, car l\u2019in\u00adter\u00adac\u00adtion per\u00admet de trans\u00admet\u00adtre la con\u00adfi\u00adance avec plus de&nbsp;force.<\/p><p>La con\u00adfi\u00adance est \u00e9gale\u00adment extr\u00eame\u00adment impor\u00adtante pour l\u2019\u00e9\u00adval\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion des risques : c\u2019est pourquoi il vaut la peine de miser en pre\u00admier lieu sur le con\u00adtact analogique pour les deux types de clients dans le cadre <strong>Ges\u00adtion des risques <\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>4. R\u00e9sum\u00e9 : o\u00f9 miser sur la num\u00e9ri\u00adsa\u00adtion <\/strong><strong>- <\/strong><strong>et o\u00f9 ne pas le&nbsp;faire<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Pour les clients priv\u00e9s: <\/strong>Le courtier en assur\u00adances sera \u00e0 l\u2019avenir un four\u00adnisseur de plate\u00adformes avec un acc\u00e8s s\u00e9lec\u00adtif, con\u00adtr\u00f4l\u00e9 par le client, \u00e0 un con\u00adseil per\u00adson\u00adnal\u00adis\u00e9. Le client final doit pou\u00advoir choisir le mode d\u2019ac\u00adc\u00e8s num\u00e9rique au con\u00adseil. Celui-ci devrait avoir lieu en pre\u00admier lieu dans une sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion de face-\u00e0-face. Cela per\u00admet d\u2019in\u00adstau\u00adr\u00ader la con\u00adfi\u00adance. Le con\u00adseil ne doit toute\u00adfois pas n\u00e9ces\u00adsaire\u00adment se faire de mani\u00e8re analogique.
