Dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion is the most impor\u00adtant social and eco\u00adnom\u00adic devel\u00adop\u00adment of our time. But what do terms like: Dig\u00adi\u00adtal change, dig\u00adi\u00adtal trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion, dig\u00adi\u00adtal disruption?<\/p>\n

Com\u00adpa\u00adnies and organ\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtions are mak\u00ading progress with dig\u00adi\u00adtal trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion at dif\u00adfer\u00adent speeds. Dig\u00adi\u00adtal inno\u00adva\u00adtions are cre\u00adat\u00aded on the basis of the dig\u00adi\u00adtal tech\u00adnolo\u00adgies devel\u00adoped: New use cas\u00ades dri\u00adven by exist\u00ading com\u00adpa\u00adnies and start-ups with ven\u00adture cap\u00adi\u00adtal. This leads to dif\u00adfer\u00adent speeds. While pub\u00adlic admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion, for exam\u00adple, often only accepts paper doc\u00adu\u00adments and works with files, mar\u00adkets are chang\u00ading much faster. All sec\u00adtors are now affect\u00aded by dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion. Dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion is also influ\u00adenc\u00ading the future of the finance and insur\u00adance indus\u00adtry. New forms are only pos\u00adsi\u00adble thanks to dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion tech\u00adnolo\u00adgies, which will con\u00adtin\u00adue to spread in the future.<\/p>

In the future, dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion will make new demands on schools, edu\u00adca\u00adtion and train\u00ading in all areas. It is the task of busi\u00adness, asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions and pol\u00adi\u00adtics to pre\u00adpare soci\u00adety for the com\u00ading changes.<\/p>

Dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion and companies<\/p>

Dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion has an impact on com\u00adpa\u00adnies of all sizes. On the one hand, com\u00adpa\u00adnies are using dig\u00adi\u00adtal tech\u00adnolo\u00adgies to dig\u00adi\u00adtalise their busi\u00adness process\u00ades, i.e. for process opti\u00admi\u00adsa\u00adtion and process inno\u00adva\u00adtion. This is also being dri\u00adven by dig\u00adi\u00adtal trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion and in some cas\u00ades realised by start-ups. The chal\u00adlenge for com\u00adpa\u00adnies in dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion is to iden\u00adti\u00adfy new cus\u00adtomer needs that arise due to the grow\u00ading spread of dig\u00adi\u00adtal ser\u00advices and apps.<\/p>

The so-called \u201edig\u00adi\u00adtal natives\u201c have also cre\u00adat\u00aded new tar\u00adget groups. Com\u00adpa\u00adnies often need dif\u00adfer\u00adent mar\u00adket\u00ading and sales strate\u00adgies to increase their cus\u00adtomer focus on these tar\u00adget groups. Action must be adapt\u00aded in order to be suc\u00adcess\u00adful in the dig\u00adi\u00adtal trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion Com\u00adpa\u00adnies must address the ques\u00adtion: How do we want to reach cus\u00adtomers tomor\u00adrow? Data can be used to devel\u00adop new ser\u00advices and busi\u00adness mod\u00adels. Dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion presents us all with the chal\u00adlenge of per\u00adma\u00adnent\u00adly chang\u00ading and adapt\u00ading. Com\u00adpet\u00adi\u00adtive advan\u00adtages from the past only exist to a lim\u00adit\u00aded extent.
